What Outlook version do you have?
This checkbox is not available on Outlook 2003.

This box for “Display reminders and tasks from this folder in the To-Do Bar” does not exist. I right click the personal folder, click “properties for [name]” and then this box is supposed to be clickable? It’s not even there… please help!

Thanks for the short, simple instructions. Took me less than 60 seconds to fix my problem.
